The Biloela Hotel has recently undergone an extensive renovation and is a very popular and busy venue. It's an exciting time and opportunity for the right candidate to be apart of something special as the towns original Hotel continues to grow and moves forward. The Hotel features a modern bistro and a large popular beer garden and a new stylish whiskey/cocktail bar that just opened last week.  

We are looking for an energetic, motivated individual that has experience in a Sous Chef roll or similar to support our established team. Someone with the knowledge and maturity to continue our momentum and deliver on our consistency.
