Your new role

Work within a growing, highly successful team where you will use your experience in insolvency, banking, finance or accounting to build relationships to deliver the best debt management and insolvency solutions that assist our clients to improve their financial position.

Your skillset and experience

  • Build respectful and non-judgemental relationships with our clients from all backgrounds
  • Undertaking case-management of assigned insolvency matters
  • Providing information to clients regarding different insolvency matters
  • Consult with clients to understand their financial position
  • Maintaining client records accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete administrative and financial processes efficiently to meet workload, time frame and compliance requirements.
  • Follow-up and collate financial information and supporting documents from clients and creditors.
  • Good investigation and problem-solving abilities
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail. 
  • Have an excellent telephone manner, a high level of computer skills and be a fast leaner.

What are we looking for?

  • Significant experience in a case management role within financial services
  • Broad experience in managing client relationships as well as business-2-business relationships
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to explain concepts, negotiate and influence people
  • Experience in Part IX Debt Agreements/Bankruptcy, desirable but not essential
  • Experience in Call Centre both inbound and outbound
  • Administrative experience and or business-related qualification
  • Certificate IV in Financial Services or Tertiary qualification in accounting or finance (desirable)
  • Multi-tasker and problem solver
  • Great attention to detail
  • Someone who is results focused
  • Showing respect and empathy to people's life situations is a must
  • Flexible part time days/hours will be considered for the right candidate
