Contact Centre Consultant

  • Inbound customer contact centre role
  • Perth CBD location
  • Rotating shift roster Mon - Sat between 8AM & 8:30PM 5 days per/week

How will I help? 

As a Consumer Connect Banker, you will play a key role as the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist customers over the phone with product enquiries regarding business, personal or digital products and services. You’ll also proactively seek opportunities to ensure our customers have the products that are right for them. The scope of your role will include helping customers with their general banking needs like opening new accounts, handling lost card and card cancellation requests and much more.

 

This is a phone-based contact centre role that operates on a rotating roster, Monday to Saturday, between 8.00AM and 8:30PM (EDT), 5 days a week. The health and wellbeing of our employees is our priority and we will ensure that physical distancing requirements are met in all our workplaces as long as required.

What do I need ?

As a natural communicator you'll have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be passionate about providing exceptional customer service every time.

In addition you will ideally

  • Have current/previous experience working in a customer service environment
  • Strong multitasking skills and the ability to problem solve
  • Experience working in a team orientated environment
  • Be adaptable to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
  • Be flexible to work on a rotating shift roster including weekends and public holidays
