Sea to Summit is looking to recruit a customer orientated and detailed focused professional to join our Customer Service Team, located at our Head Office in Perth for an initial contract period of 12 months.

The Role

Working closely with the Operations and Sales teams, you will have the confidence to support a busy environment and be pivotal to the success of the team, through:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service by providing accurate information, timely responses, feedback and updates across all customer touchpoints
  • Responsible for B2B & B2C enquiries through email, phone, website and social media
  • Data entry or data uploads of customer orders to our warehouse management software
  • Supporting internal sales activities and requirements of the external sales team
  • Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to be able to give support to customers on our range of products
  • Ensuring ongoing effective communication between Distribution and Sales teams

About your experience

It’s important that you are a strong problem-solver, customer focused and thrive in a busy environment.  You are a goal oriented and engaging team player with a customer centric focus who loves interaction with clients and stakeholders.  You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and have a can-do attitude.

  • 2-3 years’ work experience inbound customer service
  • Proven track record building positive relationships internally and with customers
  • Ability to understand your customers business and offer value-based solutions
  • Proficient experience in Microsoft Office Suite
