We have two temporary full-time opportunities available until June 30, 2021 at TAFE NSW Tamworth campus. There is the potential opportunity for the engagement to be extended.

A ‘Day in the life’ within the role will include providing excellent customer service and admin support to our internal and external stakeholders. Duties will include responding to customer enquiries regarding their enrolment, course information, admissions and examinations.

To succeed in the role you will have;

  • Experience in a high volume customer service or administration role
  • Excellent professional customer services skills within fast paced environment
  • Great communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience in Data Entry
  • Ability to manage competing priorities ensuring that deadlines are met
  • High level of knowledge within Microsoft Office Suite (word,, excel, outlook)
