If you are a people person and answered yes to those questions, we have full-time positions available as part of our Helpdesk team.  You will be assisting our clients with queries about their payroll and showing off those people skills!  

You will have experience liaising with people from all walks of life.   A knowledge of payroll would be a definite advantage but not essential.  A significant part of the job will use your phone/email and data entry skills. 

Training on the software will be provided and you will have the full support of a great team to help you.

What does the job involve?

  • Hours will be 9.30am-6pm – Monday to Friday
  • Responding to queries as quickly and professionally as possible
  • Listening to customers to understand their issue and reassure them
  • Investigating and problem solving
  • Advising clients correctly after finding the right answer for them
  • Responding to emailed queries correctly and quickly
  • Entering up to date notes in a CRM database system
  • Maintaining a sense of urgency while giving outstanding attention to detail

What you need to bring to the role:

  • Great written & verbal skills
  • The ability to problem solve
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Data entry accuracy
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • A great team spirit with the ability to work autonomously
  • A great sense of humour
  • Positive can-do Attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service skills while maintaining focus on the customer in a fast-paced environment
  • Empathise with and prioritise customers needs
  • Demonstrate interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
